Our Work
The systems we build serve the public sector. Out of respect for our clients' confidentiality, we describe projects by sector. References are available on request.
Federal department · Industrial relations
Five web applications behind one sign-on cover the department's core work: employer and trade-union registration with review and approval, statutory casework from online filing and conciliation through investigation and prosecution, public complaints with tracked deadlines, a national workplace self-assessment survey, and harmony-programme visits. Each case and service module has statistics dashboards by state, some down to officer level, with PDF and Excel export. Well over 100 official letters, forms and certificates are generated automatically, and we built migration routines to bring in records from earlier systems, some dating back to 2016. The platform runs in production on the client's government network, and we run the ticketed helpdesk for its users.
Federal ministry · Contract governance
It brings together the ministry's contracts, by department and sector, with contractors and their shareholders, agreements and MOUs, payment schedules, bonds, insurance, extensions of time, approving authorities, and procurement type and method, with an archive, reports, charts, printable contract records and an activity log. Built in 2025 and now live in the ministry's production environment.
Education · School ICT programme
A platform shared by several ICT lease contractors to track leased devices by serial number, from project allocation, delivery and installation through acceptance testing, corrective and preventive maintenance with SLA penalties, to payment claims. Companion modules cover school security-guard services, student-tablet handover, cleaning contracts, a warehouse with online sale of refurbished assets, and a mobile app for field staff. Tens of thousands of serial-tracked assets across thousands of schools.
Regulatory agency · Licensing
Within a platform delivered by several teams, we built licence-ownership transfer workflows — multi-level approvals, a guided on-site inspection form with photo evidence, payment verification and licence printing with print-attempt tracking — plus domestic vessel and fishing-equipment registration.
Gamified K-12 learning platform (Indonesian market) — quizzes, live quiz battles, an AI study buddy and school-level analytics, on web and mobile.
Vehicle registration-number auction portal (Indonesian market) — timed bidding, anti-sniping rules, pre-authorised payments and an admin console.

About the name
Curah is the Malay root of mencurahkan: to pour out abundantly and, figuratively, to give generously — as in pouring in one's energy. We read it as expertise poured wholeheartedly into every system, and support that keeps coming after go-live. (Say "CHOO-rah".)
